We have an opening within our Technology Services Group based in our Brookfield, WI offices for an IT Intern. The Technology Services Group is responsible for providing front line support and management of support requests and client needs, prioritizing incidents and service requests according to defined processes, and deploying new hardware and software as needed.

IT Intern - Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting
• PC Imaging
• Conducting inventory and documentation of Company IT Equipment
• Assistance with equipment clean up, organization, and recycling
• Participation with other projects as they arise

Requirements

IT Intern - Skills and Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year degree program at an accredited college or university
• Able to solve basic problems; good decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, detail orientation, interpersonal skills, and team player
