What You'll Do:


  • Firmware Development: Lead the charge in crafting and implementing cutting-edge firmware for Bluetooth mesh systems and microcontroller operating systems. Your precision timing control and innovative solutions will drive our success.
  • PCB Schematic Capture and Layout: Take ownership of PCB design, ensuring seamless integration into complex projects. Your commitment to quality and innovation will set the standard for excellence.
  • System Integration: Embrace the challenge of integrating new sensors and devices into our architectures. Your devotion to innovation will drive continuous improvement and advancement.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in embedded firmware or circuit board development.
  • Proficiency in Git, JIRA, and GitLab for version control, task management, and code collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive development approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time with ownership and drive.
  • Legal right to work in the US and willingness to relocate to Pullman, Washington.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Altium or other PCB design tools.
  • Familiarity with MSP430 microcontrollers and Eclipse-based IDEs.
  • Proficiency in low-power design optimization.
  • Self-motivated individual with a relentless pursuit of success and a passion for innovation.
