Work Schedule:

100% FTE. Scheduled shifts will be a 50/50 split between shifts at 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Program Manager - Culinary Medicine to:

• Manage the development and implementation of a Culinary Medicine program that includes classes and programs for patients, community members, and health care providers.
• Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and establish science evidence-based services that are accessible, equitable, and culturally inclusive.
• Monitor and evaluate Culinary Medicine programming to ensure quality care and alignment with department and organizational strategic focus.
• Oversee the Learning Kitchen space, including schedules, inventory, and ingredient ordering.
• Work with registered dietitians, lifestyle coaches, wellness staff, and other health care providers to support collaborative culinary medicine services.

Education:

Minimum - Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Dietetics or related field

Preferred - Master's Degree in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Dietetics or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three (3) years of experience in dietetics, education, culinary arts, restaurant management, or food service.

Preferred - Two (2) years experience teaching and/or program development in Culinary Arts, Culinary Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine.

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred -

Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Certified Dietitian in the State of Wisconsin and Illinois
