Advanced Technology Programmer
Shift: 1st
Pay: $20-$30/hr (Based on experience)
Job Description:
- Perform parts analysis for producibility / time studies and produce sample parts at the Smart Factory for custom orders, prototypes, and regular production. This includes programming, gripper analysis and building as well as running in the parts to demonstrate the machine capabilities.
- Continuously excel the Bending technology knowledge by participating in trainings and testing functions of the machine to provide best in class support to overcome daily production challenges.
- Be responsible for the assigned technology in the production showroom environment, key performance indicators (i.e. on time delivery, quality, machine utilization) and support operations for customer parts production.
- Expand knowledge beyond bending technology and learn integrated cutting & bending solutions and their interaction with digitally connected production processes, storage and TRUMPF's Manufacturing Execution System (TruTops Fab).
