Accounting firm in business over 30 years is now hiring a Tax Accountant to provide support to over 3000 clients in the South Florida area. Company has stable leadership and an excellent reputation in the business community. Hybrid work schedule, top pay up to $120K , 4 weeks vacation, profit sharing, Paid medical insurance (80%) & strong 401K match program !!

Job Duties

• Prepare federal and state payroll tax returns.
• Review tax information provided by client.
• Meeting with and contacting clients with follow up questions.
• Preparation and detail review of Federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of complex tax returns and tax research.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or extensive public accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting and tax experience or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree seeking an entry level Tax Professional position.
