Job Description

What you will be doing:

* Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification and maintains editorial calendar

* Manage company social accounts

* Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
* Monitor company online communities and presence, as well as for posts and responds when applicable
* Identify opportunities to enhance social media interaction with customers, clients, and influencers
* Stay current on latest social media tools and trends
* Moderate all user-generated content in line with moderation policy for each community
* Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

* Proven work experience in social media field, with five or more years of social media experience and knowledge of social analytics tools

* Must be skilled in current and emerging media content, community development, etc.
* Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
* Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

* Knowledgeable of payments industry or financial technology space desired
* Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
