Your role and responsibilities1st assignment in Wauwatosa, WI: Will first teach safety and provide product theory for drives, motors and generators. In addition, you will be providing technical support to ABB Customers/End users, Sales Channel, Product Management Teams, and ABB Drive Services for Medium Voltage Drives and Motors & Generators
2nd assignment in New Berlin, WI: Get to know our Drive Service Workshop (DSW) by repairing a variety of standard drive units and subassemblies, ensuring the best possible, most costeffective problem resolution, and assisting in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems
3rd assignment field service shadowing: Provide limited onsite support, and expertise in response to a variety of site work requests, telephone calls and emails regarding installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and programming questions and to technical problems encountered by users of ABB Motion Products
