About the Position
The Program Assistant 4 is the first point of customer service contact for phone and email inquiries relating to Kellogg Executive Education online programs. This position coordinates a broad variety of administrative processes and activities in support of the department, including customer service-oriented external communications to participants and both internal and external stakeholders, database/CRM data imports and reporting, and data-related and administrative tasks in support of the supervisor(s) and program managers. This position reviews administrative work procedures, operational methods and policies and helps identify and document as applicable: Standard Operating Procedures, best practices, appropriate filing and audit mechanisms, and metrics reporting.

Target hiring range for this position will be between $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
