Job Description:

The Sr. Regional Ops Support Coordinator performs all basic duties and responsibilities that a Regional Ops Support Coordinator performs. The Regional Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for managing the customer experience for an assigned regional rep base, as well as the corresponding sales backlog for that group.

This individual provides customer correspondence in an efficient and professional manner, to provide first contact resolution and create loyal and satisfied customers through consistent superior service. This includes but is not limited to the following list of standard work processes.

  • Email and Call Management: Correspondence with Reps to fulfill role responsibilities in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Order Management: Dropping orders and resolving issues which prevent shipment to fulfill role responsibilities. Including but not limited to Order Releasing, RMA's, Order Entry, Product Revision, Back Orders, Stock Transfers, and Inventory Searches.
  • Backlog Management: Reviewing Delinquent, Current, and Future orders and managing them in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Utilize reports to identify areas of opportunity within the business unit, and design/implement solutions.
  • Assist with managing overall regional backlog for key product line(s) to meet and exceed regional KPI's.
  • Assist with managing VDM.
  • Become proficient in D365, Salesforce, and Product Knowledge necessary to function independently as well as be a knowledgeable resource for colleagues and trainer for new hires.
  • Grow in competency to be a point of contact for general escalations both internal and external.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with interaction management software.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Proven aptitude for learning and teaching complex processes.
  • Experience communicating with principal level clients.
  • Experience managing complex product line(s).
  • WMS experience.
  • Distribution center experience.
