The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales Operations Team which exists to drive effective management of the customer experience from customer setup, customer product portfolio and mix management, customer price quotation and contracting including data management, customer complaints, select customer projects, and other essential activities in partnership with Sales, Operations, Supply chain, Planning and GCO.
