Position Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Wage: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Hours: Full-Time, Flexible Beteween 7:00am - 5:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great hybrid opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at a company in Appleton, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now!

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Minimizing unresolved deduction balances while maximizing collections of invalid deductions and recovering unpaid past due invoices
- Engaging with customers to obtain necessary deduction backup for their claims
- Conducting thorough research on customer deductions to validate and appropriately manage them
- Resolving outstanding invoices with customers

Requirements for Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Residency in Wisconsin
- Previous experience accounting or accounts receivable preferred
- Knowledge of customer deductions is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders
- Analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities to scrutinize and validate customer claims
- Organizational acumen with a keen eye for detail and precision in documenting and tracking deduction-related data
- Consideration for recent graduates with proficient computer skills
- An Associate degree in Business or Accounting is a bonus
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with SAP or any ERP system is advantageous but not obligatory
- Exceptional telephone and email communication skills
- Discretion in maintaining confidentiality
