Provides dynamic and strategic leadership for performance management processes, including continuous quality improvement and staff and client safety activities across both Child Well-Being and Community Health & Education departments. Grounded in our use of the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) model for quality improvement and just culture principles for review of safety events, stays current on innovations in quality and safety within the medical and community-based program environments and brings innovation into our processes. Provides leadership to the quality and safety team to ensure we have and maintain an infrastructure of data management and reporting, which allows active program leadership to track, monitor and report program process and outcome measures and provides the technical support to maximize impact through change efforts. Prioritizes client and staff safety while contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities across all areas. Leverages and works in collaboration with Children's Wisconsin System resources to support our work. Leads Community Services relationship with IS in ensuring system level support for our data management, data reporting and data analysis needs. Serves as a subject matter expert and consultant for program leaders across both programmatic departments.
