We oversee technology strategy, Salesforce on Salesforce, customer and partner enablement, applications engineering, infrastructure, teamwork, enterprise operations, architecture, and program enablement. Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Product Management, Senior Manager who has deep implementation skills with Sales Cloud and Slack, and is enthusiastic about leading the design, implementation, and strategy for effective, scalable, end-to-end business solutions for our internal world-class Sales organization at Salesforce! This is a rare opportunity to help Salesforce's Sales organization be productive using groundbreaking Salesforce technology, so they can focus their time on selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business value driven, enterprise scalable, and innovative solutions involving integrations using our internal Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation

  • Deliver effective executive presentations

  • Anticipates and plans future business capabilities according to market trends, user and customer feedback, architectural roadmaps, and product/service performance

  • Build an informed roadmap and groom a backlog of prioritized stories for implementation

  • Oversee and communicate tradeoff & prioritization decisions between scope and schedule

  • Find opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new processes/policies

  • Work proactively to predict and minimize potential issues before they arise, and resolve those that do in a timely manner

Requirements / Skills Desired:
  • 2+ years direct people management experience

  • 8+ years demonstrated ability with Salesforce implementation (CRM, Sales Cloud, Slack, Platform) in product management, consultative, or business architecture roles

  • Outstanding leadership & influencing skills - ability to set clear vision and a passion for building successful teams

  • Experienced with Sales technical capabilities & GTM processes; especially in areas of Account Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Sales Crediting, Sales Incentive Compensation, and related areas

  • Experience with Salesforce enterprise implementations and knowledge of solution architecture principals for global companies with sophisticated business processes

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques required

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment & define success in ambiguity

  • Strong interpersonal communication and team building experience

  • A related technical degree required

  • Desired certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification or Service Cloud Certification. Slack Admin Certification Preferred
