We are currently looking for a Lead Engineer to join our Team!
The Lead Engineer role includes:
- New Product/Project Engineering
- Develop project plan.
- Conduct cost and capability for new market feasibility studies.
- Support feasibility for new product opportunities.
- Ensure smooth and complete transition of projects.
- Production Engineering support
- Develop new product start up plan and manage projects.
- Collaborate with Quality to meet customer expectations.
- Meet production standards.
- Sales and Customer Service Support
- Support feasibility and contract review processes and suggest improvements.
- Handle customer technical interface.
- Department and Talent Management
- Develop long range departmental plan that ties into the strategic plan.
- Train and mentor the team.
- Manage and prioritize timelines.
