Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Supports all staff and center functions to ensure full compliance with policies and procedures,
including but not limited to effective practices in health and safety and compliance with Head Start
Performance Standards, local and state licensing regulations, and overall center functioning.
* Supports teachers to implement positive guidance strategies with fidelity, including understanding
child outcomes data and using data to strengthen the strategies to individualize modeling strategies
in the classroom based on observations, classroom trends, Individual Action Plans, guidance from
education leadership and teacher request.
* Collaborates and coordinates with education leadership and mental health teams.
* Conducts quarterly action plan reviews for all assigned centers.
* Conducts regular classroom observations as needed or requested.
* Supports education leadership to develop and implement professional development in areas
related to child behavior, including but not limited to Behavior Work Groups and In Service training.
* Stays current with research on educational best practices.
* Remains reliable in tools and practices including but not limited to CLASS, Pyramid Model, Second
Step, LENA, TPOT, and TIPTOS.
* Participates in assigned meetings, events and training as required.

Education Requirements: Associates Degree in a relatable field.

This position earns up to 60,675.56 Annually
