Fine Print
- Minimum three years' experience managing 10 or more hourly employees.
- Minimum one-year experience in the janitorial field.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with proven leadership ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in smartphone technology and basic computer skills.
- Valid drivers license, insurability, and availability of a car.
- Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks, including regular lifting of 25 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Competitive starting salary of $44,000-$48,000 for this Monday-Friday position!
