Work Schedule:

80% FTE; core hours between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Opportunity to work 50% of the role remote.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to:

  • Provide care to pediatric urology patients in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems.
  • Provide remote (telehealth) services to patients with bowel and bladder dysfunction
  • Assist in diagnosis, management and care coordination of urologic patients with comorbid neuropsychiatric conditions
  • Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to: catheter insertions, catheter changes, and complex bladder irrigation.

Education:
Minimum - Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP

  • Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND
  • Active board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care
  • Must have Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS) certification or be willing to obtain within 2 years of hire.

All Nurse Practitioner applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
