The IT Audit Manager will manage the execution of Information System audits and advisory engagements, including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 efforts. The IT Audit Manager will interact with IT and business leadership to ensure effective IT governance requirements supporting enterprise risks are operating effectively and partner with management on key strategic initiatives.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Support the Director of Internal Audit in developing a comprehensive internal audit plan, organizing, and managing the plan execution, and providing oversight of quality and efficiency of department resources.
*Lead IT audit engagements, including standalone audits and advisory engagements, support IT testing, and lead the SOX IT testing and compliance efforts.
*Contribute to annual risk assessment and SOX scoping efforts to ensure IT risks are adequately evaluated and considered
*Lead project management efforts for all IT audit and advisory engagements
*Assist with evaluating IT risks and controls for integrated audit efforts
*Coordinate with IT Governance to ensure policies and procedures are in place and operating effectively

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, Computer Science, or other IT related discipline, or other relevant business degree with equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of internal/IT audit, public accounting, or relevant IT governance/controls experience
  • Knowledge and application of NIST, COBIT, or ISO 27001 frameworks and related information technology controls
  • Knowledge of key controls related to application, network, database, and operating systems
  • Knowledge of IIA Standard
  • Effective oral and written communications and interpersonal skills


PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master of Business Administration degree
  • CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or other relevant certification
  • Lean/six sigma and continuous improvement experience
  • Audit experience with a global manufacturing company
  • 3 years of progressive leadership and project management experience
  • Experience with data analytics software and/or data query tools
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle ERP environments
  • Experience with GRC applications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel of up to 15%.
