Job Description

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Network Internal Alignment plays a critical role in ensuring that internal teams are in sync with the company's overarching network business strategy. This leader spearheads collaboration with product management, and business units, guiding them to embrace and implement the network platform's direction and enhancements. They are responsible for the seamless communication and coordination across functions, vital for the strategy's understanding and execution. Through diligent performance tracking and feedback loops, this manager ensures strategic goals are met and continuous improvement is achieved. This role requires a unique combination of technical knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and sharp analytical skills to manage resources effectively and solve complex strategy execution challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and various line-of-business teams to align them with the overarching network business strategy.
  • Implementation Oversight: Ensure that various LOBs Are adopting network platform messaging and planned product enhancements align with strategic objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to promote strategy understanding and adoption.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the implementation progress and effectiveness in achieving strategic goals.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop between the network platform team and internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Assist in aligning resource allocation with strategic priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8 + years of expertise in working across various departments like product management, engineering, and line-of-business teams to ensure alignment with the network business strategy.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the network platform's features, benefits, and differentiators to effectively evangelize the product. A strong understanding of the technologies that make up the 3GPP ecosystem is a prerequisite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to facilitate understanding and adoption of strategies across various departments within the organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the progress of strategy implementation and its effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Project management skills to oversee implementation processes and ensure different LOBs meet strategic objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in strategy execution and develop solutions to address them effectively.
  • Feedback Management: Establishing and managing a feedback loop to garner insights from internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

Austin, TX and Raleigh, NC - Salary Range - $139,000 - $233,000.

San Jose, CA - $161,000 - $265,000
