As a part of the Global Advertising Technology team at Salesforce, you'll support the global audience strategy and architecture needs that enable the regional paid media teams to deliver high performing campaigns to enhance the customer journey.

We are looking for industry rockstars to help reimagine the way we empower our digital performance teams and our external partners to best-in-class omni-channel advertising at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Support AdTech global audience operations for paid media team including regional specific needs/requests and general administrative support (audience research tasks, list upload management, audience taxonomy governance).

  • Manage day-to-day tasks including audience creation, audience delivery to paid media platforms via API integrations, audience reporting and global audience documentation.

  • Stay up to date on new technologies, market trends and industry best practices and privacy changes as they impact the ad ecosystem.

  • Use tools to assist and support the creation of audience insights, market sizing, and audience sizing, leading to audience creation, segmentation and performance insights.

  • Help implement audience test and learn initiatives in partnership with activation teams and strategists.

People Skills:

  • Ability to self-start and pivot in a fast paced environment.

  • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize effectively.

  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial.

  • Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • 3+ years experience managing Google Marketing Platform management (Search Ads 360, Display Video 360 and Campaign Manager) or comparable advertising technology platforms

  • Activation and insights Platform experience a bonus: e.g., Meta, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Google Marketing Platform, Linkedin, etc.

  • Knowledge on data onboarding tools such as LiveRamp

  • Familiarity with data querying is a plus

  • Ad Operations experience, such as campaign creation and ad trafficking, is a plus

  • Basic knowledge about digital data types (1st, 2nd, 3rd party data), and marketing and advertising technologies/partners

  • Growth mindset, exhibits curiosity and excitement to learn

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $72,600 to $99,900.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,900 to $109,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
