UNM IT is looking for Business Analyst for the Service Management team. This team is under the direction of the Customer Support Service director. The Business Analyst plays an important role in supporting UNM IT with their service management activities. This position will build strong relationships with technical teams during the service design and improvement activities.
This position analyzes knowledge articles related to service delivery while working with service owners/managers. Other duties include working with Sr. Business Analyst teammates to conduct service definition reviews, major incident reviews and identify process improvements. Ability to approach activities with a continuous improvement mindset is a plus!
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
