Do you have a high attention to detail and enjoy helping support others with administrative duties? If so, this is the position for you!!

Our Senior Administartive Assistant within Endocrinology will under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Some of the duties entail updating providers Curriculum Vitae's (CV's), drafting letters, ordering supplies and much more!

This position requires:

  • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).

  • Five years of experience, preferrably with detailed administrative work.

  • Knowledge of computers (Word, Basic Excel, Outlook calendaring and PowerPoint), clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.

  • Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills are a must!

  • Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm or flexibility for a 9am - 5pm schedule if preferred.

  • This position will be a hybrid role working on site 2-3 days per week.
