Seeking a knowledgeable and experienced leader to come join our Venice Family Clinic as an Accounts Payable Manager. Under the direction of the Director of Procurement, the Accounts Payable Manager will manage and oversee the daily operations of our Accounts Payable functions. Responsibilities include managing the central collection, processing, coding, posting, and payment of invoices. The successful candidate will provide guidance, training, development, and assistance to the Accounts Payable team. The AP Manager will be responsible for generating monthly reports, analyses and reconciliations. They will also handle special projects and other duties as assigned. This is a fixed hybrid role that requires three (3) days of work on-site per week. Salary Range: $61,400.00 - $121,400.00 Annual
Qualifications

Strongly Preferred: * Experience with SAP Concur, Sage, or other accounting software * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * 6+ years of accounts payable experience, including two years of supervisory experience Required: * Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions and procedures * Strong customer service skills, including the ability to work with vendors and internal and external customers professionally * Ability to take ownership of issues and problems, find and enact resolutions, and recommend process changes * Self-directed, deadline-driven, and a collaborative professional * Advanced Excel proficiency * Strong organizational and time management skills * Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills * Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment * Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively * Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, inclusive environment
