The Respiratory Therapist - Graduate transitions a new graduate into a Respiratory Care Practitioner role post-graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. They will provide quality respiratory care to patients from the neonate to the adult and families in accordance with established policies and procedures. They will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner.
The Respiratory Therapist - graduate will take the skills, knowledge and clinical experience gained in school to work directly with a preceptor to build competencies in respiratory equipment, treatments, and patient assessment to provide the best and safest care to patients in the hospital setting.
FTE .9 Nights. 12 hour shifts and every 3rd weekend rotation.
