Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Business Partner and SME: Serves as a business partner and SME to the assigned Sales Directors and sales teams providing insights for planning, analysis and leveraging data to inform & drive business decisions.
  • Rhythm of the Business: Owns the day-to-day operational execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales cadence activities.
  • Forecast Management: Owns and drives the sales forecasting process in the assigned regions to ensure high levels of accuracy and quality in the pipeline.
  • Annual Planning: Owns elements of the AOP process and serves as a core stakeholder driving the annual transition/planning. Responsibilities may include territory assignment, quota setting, change management, etc.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; proposes changes to systems and processes to fix root causes
  • Continuous Improvement & Automation: Takes a continues improvement lens to all sales processes, manual reports, dashboards, KPIs, etc. Suggest improvements and works with leadership teams to implement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations/Financial or Business Partner experience, preferably in Technology industry

Preferred Skills/Requirements:

  • Great communicator with the ability to translate (complex) models, policies, and procedures simply and effectively to the assigned audience.
  • Understands recurring revenue principles and supports sales behaviors designed to drive recurring revenue growth.
  • Advanced user in excel, knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools, preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Connects real-world business and sales outcomes with the resulting data implications and impacts on KPIs.
  • Team-oriented individual who can manage competing priorities and deliver impactful results.
