Job Summary
The IT Support Specialist will provide on-site support to our healthcare client. Duties willinclude monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network or technical problems and perform equipment and software maintenance as scheduled. Perform documentation via ticketing system, provide customer service to work with internal and external customers on a regular basis.The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of technical support experience, education, certifications, or a combination, along with a desire to learn and motivation to excel in a customer service-centric environment.
Experience and/or education in computer networking, PC/Mac and high volume customer service environments.

The base salary for this position is typically $45,000 to $55,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
