Job Type: Remote - Onsite Full-Time

Shift Time: M-F 1^st Shift

Experience Level: Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing control and non-control-based production equipment. Identifying problems and solutions on existing equipment.).

Nice to Have Skills: Managing planned downtime activities for equipment. Participating in continuous improvement projects to improve the equipment's reliability and maintainability.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Performing routine, preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities for the facility's CNC manufacturing equipment and support equipment.

* Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing control and non-control-based production equipment.

* Identifying problems and solutions on existing equipment.

* Participating in purchasing new, rebuilt or upgrades for equipment projects.

* Managing planned downtime activities for equipment.

* Participating in continuous improvement projects to improve the equipment's reliability and maintainability.

* Documenting control (work orders, inventory control etc.).

* Developing preventive, predictive and repair tasks and procedures.

* Following all safety regulations and practices.

* Effectively communicating issues to all appropriate personnel.

* Assisting Production Unit in line changeovers and set-ups as needed.

* Supporting, promoting, and performing in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals and the values of the organization.
