Job Summary:
This Manager has operational responsibility for all aspects of the assigned Clinics and related diagnostic and treatment areas. Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Clinics by providing leadership to ensure delivery of patient centered services in collaboration with the physician group and hospital leadership team and in accordance with the hospital's objectives, policies and procedures. Serves as the operational leader with the Medical College of Wisconsin Department(s) Medical Leader(s) and Administrator(s). Develops and implements internal and external strategies for service line management in collaboration with the service line and physician leaders. Responsible for the day-to-day management of site or department-based clinic operations and providing team leadership to the clinic staff. Monitors patient and clinic workflow to ensure efficient patient care and cost-effective operation of the clinic. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
3-5 years of health care experience is required. 2 years prior hospital ambulatory leadership and clinical experience is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor's degree in health-related field or business is required. Master's of Business Administration, Master's of Health Administration, or Master's of Science in Nursing is preferred.
