Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Drive specification on new designs and share gain on existing designs at assigned direct OEMs or End Users within specific industry vertical market
  • Support AAM counterparts in local geography for specific vertical end users and referred OEMs with product, application and vertical market expertise
  • Drive Regal Rexnord brand preference and specification at the point of customer influence, whether that is the OEM or End User by emphasizing total cost of ownership and ROI based Solution selling
  • Execute disciplined selling processes to attain quota such as documented account planning (AOP, ATO) and utilize CRM to coordinate tactical actions and manage funnel opportunities
  • Act as an advocate for customer base by facilitating communication as required among the customer, channel partner and Regal Rexnord Business Units (BUs).
  • Leverage Regal Rexnord's digital business tools to enhance customer experience
  • Drive specification for DiRXN / Perceptiv (digital productivity platform)
  • Proficient technical understanding of products and customer applications
  • Strong negotiating skill set
  • Maximize new business and marketing opportunitiesvia the execution of BU Playbooks.
  • Comfortable beginning at Plant Mgr., Director, VP, GM, President, CEO levels to understand customer's strategic initiatives and align selling approach to meet their needs.
  • Prompt customer stakeholder groups to explore ideas and concerns while serving as the educated facilitator helping guide to a solution. Teach / Tailor / Take Control
  • Work effectively in a team selling environment
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities that result in improved customer satisfaction
  • Identify Regal Rexnord product gaps to promote New Product Development ideas and serve as industry expert and sales liaison within Regal Rexnord

Qualifications

  • BS Industrial Technologies/Mech. Eng./Industrial Distribution or related field preferred
  • 3+ years outside technical sales; Power Transmission industry experience preferred in Vertical Industries for which accountable.
  • An essential function of this job is to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Microsoft Office Competency

Salary Transparency- $90,000 to $125,000 + 30% bonus
