We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, execute, and monitor marketing plans for assigned product divisions to promote products, campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to produce leads and generate awareness.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including product brochures and collateral, white papers, blogs, landing pages, product page website content, social media posts, paid ads, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather information and insights to create effective marketing collateral and support materials & resources
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing and Sales Management to successfully promote new product launches to customers and the sales team
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to manage and optimize the assigned product division's digital presence including the website, landing pages, SEO and paid ads
  • Work closely with the Tradeshow Coordinator to ensure assigned product divisions are represented at appropriate events & tradeshows and provide support and marketing resources
  • Manage the planning, purchasing and execution of media purchasing activities for the assigned product divisions that support the overall marketing plan
  • Manage, monitor and track the assigned product division's budgets including submitting invoices and updating the budget tracker
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and present findings to the appropriate teams.

    Qualifications

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary and secondary responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or experience required.

    Education and/or Experience

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in marketing, public relations, journalism, advertising or similar discipline. A minimum of two years experience in a similar business-to-business position or advertising agency. Must possess excellent internal and external communications skills, computer skills, and organizational and presentation skills.

    Specifications:

    The individual must possess knowledge of:

    • Copywriting for advertising and all other promotions.
    • Project management.
    • Production of advertisements, direct mail, trade shows, and other promotions.
    • Minimum photography composition skills and supervision capability.
    • Outline, write and produce sales promotion tools and presentations.
    • Thorough understanding of basic computer software used at Inpro.
    • Develop budgets for projects and yearly department planning.
    • Basic market research including interviews, questionnaires and focus groups.

    Authority:

    • Train new hires
    • Prepare specific strategic plans per authorized segment
    • Prepare department budget recommendations
    • Make presentations to management
    • Manage project implementation through conducting meetings
