Job Description
Milwaukee Property Management company looking for Maintenance Supervisor. Responsible for managing a small team of maintenance technicians. You are also responsible for maintenance repairs. Duties involve upkeep of building and property grounds, evaluate building condition, and deploy maintenance crew for repairs. Help repair any HVAC or electrical issues. Assist with carpentry and plumbing jobs. Job does require valid license, your own tools, and on-call work. Pay $26-$32hr includes full benefits and paid vacation.
