• This role is an active member of the Urgent Care team who is responsible to welcome patient families for their visit, complete accurate registration and act as a liaison between patient families and the clinical team to promote a safe and organized environment for the delivery of services to children and their families within the urgent care setting. This position reports to the Urgent Care Supervisor.

• Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• One year of registration or scheduling experience in a healthcare setting or related experience required.

• Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills necessary to work independently in a fast paced multi-functioned department
• Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to assist patients, parents, and physicians and other staff.
• Required flexibility in order to prioritize efforts to meet needs of the patients, parents, physicians and other staff.
• Proficient in a Windows environment.
• Requires the ability to sit for extended period of time while performing duties.
• May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Will require travel to all Urgent Care locations.
• During periods of high volume, additional shifts may be required.
