As the Lead eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will be a crucial part of our ShareFile Business Unit - a >$200M business realizing double digit growth. To help us achieve our ambitious goals, you'll be responsible for the execution of our eCommerce strategy as we transform the ShareFile customer purchasing and adoption experience into a Digital First journey. You will require a strong background in eCommerce, digital marketing, user experience, and digital sales to drive revenue growth, increase sales margin, and reduce cost via the eCommerce channel and third party Marketplaces. Your role will be highly collaborative, working across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of our eCommerce and digital experience initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes upon strategy to increase ARR, increase margin, and decrease cost via our ShareFile.com eCommerce channel.

  • In coordination with our P&T and Web Marketing teams, develops, implements, and monitors A|B tests to optimize eCommerce performance. Delivers a high-conversion, cohesive web journey and personalization tactics for prospective and current customers.

  • Optimizes performance in accordance with our eCommerce Performance Framework, driving accountability to our Customer Objectives in the Inform & Convert stages of the customer journey.

  • In coordination with our P&T and Customer Adoption teams, develops, implements, and monitors A|B tests to drive customer adoption and meaningful use of premium ShareFile features to seed future upsell opportunities via product led growth.

  • Develops and executes upon our strategy to market and sell ShareFile in third party Marketplaces, partnering with our Channel/Partner and P&T teams.

  • Acts as a thought leader, staying up to date on emerging trends and technologies in eCommerce and user experience, incorporating relevant innovations into our BU strategy.

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • Requires University degree or equivalent experience.

  • Requires 8 years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with 6 years of experience.

  • Requires deep knowledge of eCommerce and Digital purchasing from advanced education and/or direct experience.

Your Superhero Strengths Include:

  • Specific experience in eCommerce, Digital/Search marketing, and Web Strategy, with a focus on conversion optimization and driving online sales revenue highly preferred.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as a DXP (ideally Acquia) including CMS, DAM, Personalization, Google Analytics, CDP, and SEO/SEM and customer onboarding tools (ideally Pendo) preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver messages and report on results in a clear, compelling manner to diverse stakeholders and the executive team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Highly accountable, action-oriented, solution-focused, and eager to take initiative.

  • Has a strategic mindset, global perspective, and brings valuable business insight.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of working cross functionally to achieve integrated business objectives.

  • Manages ambiguity, acts with courage, cultivates innovation, and is a change agent.
