The location of this opening is flexible to any of our RSM offices.The Growth Support Specialist is responsible for collaborating with pursuit leaders, market development teams, and business development professionals to support local market, line of business and industry intentional growth activities.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate growth strategy withgo-to-market, launch and pursuit teams, relationship leaders, business developers, andother internal market development teams such asInternal Marketing and Communications, National Data, and the North American Pursuit and Proposal teams
  • Actively engaged in multi-faceted and high-value pursuit management and team support
  • Develop team structure and keep stakeholders on the same page while prepping for meetings and driving the pursuit process
  • Actively engage with CRM platform to monitor growth and relationship activity tracking and due dates
  • Elevated CRM skill set to create and provide relationship insights and reporting
  • Perform research to provide individual pursuit, industry or line of business insights
  • Maintain database of marketing collateral, proposals and presentations
  • Create and coordinate delivery of pursuit deliverables
  • Support IMC market development manager initiatives forgo-to-market, launch and pursuit teams, events, and/or campaigns
  • Serve as liaison and point of contact between go-to-market, launch and pursuit teams and market development managers
  • Coordinate activities and manage relationships with various trade and industry groups
  • Maintain working knowledge of systems, tools, and resources that may be beneficial to client servers (i.e. Collateral, white papers, research, events, client reports, sales pipeline reports, etc.)
  • Pursuit database management
  • Entering, tracking, and reporting of all types of eCRM activities
  • Provide ad hoc reporting on marketing and related activities as requested
  • Assist go-to-market, launch and pursuit teams and growth initiatives by managing growth dashboard
  • Conduct research on targets and pursuit companies; assist with development of account plans
  • Track key demographic information
  • Development of sales pipeline
  • Review pursuit deliverables to monitor brand and risk compliance and quality assurance standards while ensuring adherence to Associated Press (AP) and RSM styles, proper formatting, and firm branding guidelines
  • Ensure effective support of relationship development and growth strategy by collaborating with ESS growth team leaders, engagement leaders, business developers and launch and pursuit teams
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS (Required)
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive working knowledge of tools, resources and technology required with assigned responsibilities
  • Proficient with customer relationship management software
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to learn other platforms (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong grammar and proofreading knowledge
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience in a related field or area
  • 1+ years prior experience managing multiple projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of low to moderate risk
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership

Compensation Range: $44,700 - $71,500 |
