Job Description
Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Rotating between days and nights on 6 week intervals. Weekends expected, 4 weekend days and 2 Fridays per 6 week period. Holiday rotation with other staff.
The Surgical ICU is a 21 bed unit that cares for a broad spectrum of high acuity patients, including abdominal transplant, general abdominal surgery, ENT surgery, and vascular surgery. Our nurses partner closely with a highly collaborative group of providers. Our team members work together to evaluate the patient's conditions, administer life-saving treatment, and provide constant support to patients and family during critical illnesses. Our nurses gain a wide range of skills, including inserting ultrasound guided IVs, managing dialysis therapies, and complex dressing changes.
