We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for an experienced OR Nurse to join our dedicated team as the Team Lead for Urology, focusing on Pediatrics. If you have a heart for young patients, possess strong surgical expertise, and the desire to lead and inspire others, this position is tailor-made for you!

The team leader is assigned to oversee the Urology service line within the surgery department. This position ensures the cost-effective management of resources in collaboration with surgeons, and nursing staff. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care given in a specialty area of the Operating Room.

  • A BSN and certification is preferred.

  • BLS certification required.

  • A broad based knowledge of advanced concepts in operating room practices and nursing usually acquired through 3-5 years of operating room or special procedures experience preferred which includes 1-2 years clinical experience related to the specialty OR 1 year of prior operating room nursing experience.

Option to work 4 10hr shifts 6:50am -5:20pm or 5 8hr shifts 6:50am-3:20pm.

Weekday, weekend and holiday call are a requirement of this position.

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association, License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin
