Job Description

As an Assembler, you will use manual and automated equipment to assemble and/or bend hose connectors.

  • Set up and operate assembly equipment; crimpers, o-ring assembly and packing and labeling systems.
  • Follow all quality guidelines and checks, including first piece, last piece and in-process inspections
  • Perform visual checks and make necessary adjustments to the set-up to ensure the production of quality parts
  • Use computer programs to assist in recording data, making labels, prioritizing orders and printing ship-sets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • The ability to use a variety of precision measuring instruments such as micrometeres, calipers, scales, etc.
  • The ability to read blue prints and drawings
  • Good communication skills
  • Promote positive teamwork
