Job Description
MasterMold LLC is a big company in a small town, growing by leaps and bounds. We are a contract manufacturer in fiberglass products. Our production teams have doubled and we need some leadership to support and motivate them! Production Supervisors will introduce new hires, oversee production rates of team towards goals, conflict resolution, meetings and reports with the executive team. We are looking for  PEOPLE PEOPLE!

Schedules:
6a-3p Monday - Friday
10p-7a Monday - Friday

  • Pay is based upon experience, starting wage range is $50,000-$70,000/yr (salaried exempt).

What we are looking for:

The ideal production supervisor candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the machinery is functional
  • Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
  • Lead team members Track metrics

Qualifications
  • High school's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • 1-3+ years supervisory experience
  • 2+ years manufacturing experience
  • Act independently
  • Strong communication skills
