Job Description

```Duties```
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine the layout and specifications of the project
- Perform TIG welding, stick welding, and plasma cutting to join metal components together
- Conduct inspections of welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet quality standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to measure, cut, grind, and shape metal pieces
- Operate machinery such as shears, brakes, presses, and grinders to prepare metal for welding or fabrication
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute projects according to deadlines

```Skills```
- Proficient in TIG welding techniques with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with stick welding and plasma cutting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with assembling metal components based on specifications
- Knowledge of rigging equipment for lifting heavy materials or structures
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Understanding of machining processes for metal fabrication
