As a Unit Secretary, you will work at the nurse's station to prepare medical records, disassemble patient charts for discharge, answer telephones and ambulance bay doors, and scan/fax paperwork as directed by the nurse or physicians. The unit secretary will also maintain department logs and supplies in the emergency department.

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Certified Nursing Assistant I is preferred
American Heart Association BLS is required
Understanding of medical terminology, basic computer skills, typing, previous secretary experience is required
