Position Summary:

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates activities necessary to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Provides care to residents from adults through geriatrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing

* Current PA registered nurse license that is active and in good standing

* CPR Certification

* Two years nursing experience preferred

* One year long term care experience preferred
