Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Obtains work order to determine parts to be processed
* Setup, calibrate and changeover machine to print specifications
* Feeds wood stock through machine to create specified parts
* Monitor machine for proper cutting, drilling, etc.
* Repair/remove jams if materials or machine malfunctions
* Quality checks parts per WSC VSWI control plan
* Reads WSC parts prints, tape measure, caliper, and depth gauges to check specifications
* Counts and record part quantities; completes timesheets
* Records production tickets to verify work order
* Moves finished parts to storage location
* Perform Daily/Weekly preventative maintenance tasks
* Certified and trained on proper LO/TO procedures.
* Follows health and safety standards
* Maintains a clean workplace following 5S standards
* Performs other tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to read WSC parts prints, tape measure, caliper, and depth gauges
* Mechanical knowledge is preferred to help troubleshoot problems.
* Must have the ability to work with computerized equipment.
* PIV License as needed
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
