Position Summary:

the Lead Echo Sonographer is a qualified by professional credentialing and academic and clinical experience to provide diagnostic patient care services using ultrasound and related diagnostic procedures with in the scope of practice of the Lead Echo
Reports to: Cardiac Cath Lab Manager

FLSA: Non-exempt

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent Required
Minimum Education
X Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required
Required Skills
Certifications:
X Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
Required Skills
Certification: CCI or ARDMS within 30 days
Minimum Work Experience
Prefer two years experience In the clinical field.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
