NaphCare is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Medical Asst. just like you to join our team at theKenosha County Jail located in Kenosha, WI. This is a temporary 4-8 week contract position. The pay rate ranges $30.00 - $35.00 an hour depending on experience and shift.

Position Description:

• Assist with direct patient care procedures
• Must be able to assist and transfer patients weighing 200 lbs or more
• Obtain patient history
• Take Vital Signs
• Prepare Charts
• Assist with medical examinations
• Perform routine procedures under established protocols (including but not limited to phlebotomy, EKGs, dressing changes, and wound cultures)
• Normal physical requirements - standing, walking, sitting, lifting, squatting, etc.
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in state of employment
• Valid CPR Card
• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional healthcare
