Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Lead Medical Assistant for our Clinic. The Lead MA will:

• Provides clinical support to patients in the primary care clinic under the supervision of the physician.
• Oversees Clinical Staff
• Provides continuity and coordination of care in the outpatient setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to operate or learn to operate the following equipment: Pulse Ox, Ear Syringe, Cryosurgery instruments, EKG Machine, Suture/Staple Removal, Nebulizer, Crash Cart, Portable O2 tank, Assist with minor surgery.
• Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care to patients.

Certifications

• Medical Assistant Certificate required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association required.

Minimum Work Experience

• Experience working in a medical office required.
