GUARDIAN is seeking a qualified, professional, and energetic career-oriented problem solver to join our office and
help lead the growth of the administration department. Position involves all aspects of administrative support and
room for quick advancement. Evolving duties and responsibilities will include coordinating supportive services for
production department and assisting in key business directives.

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

Manage project information and stages within a CRM environment.
Hold production department employees accountable for their task assignments.
Provide support for company production activities, ordering, and scheduling coordination.
Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Help achieve goals and deadlines for the production department.

Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal
services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of
customer satisfaction.
Expert in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
Expert level experience working out of CRM software.
Comfortable and experienced with Multiline phone systems, Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite, Etc.
Minimum of basic math skills.
Good Problem Solving skills.
Results oriented.
Relatable to different personality styles.
Knowledge of the construction industry a plus (not required).
