Position Summary:
- Provides shift leadership to the pharmacy tech team.
- Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
- Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
- Repackages bulk medications.
- Accurately fill automated batch reports for review by Pharmacist.
- Manages daily scheduling and shift operations for pharmacy techs.
- Completes pharmacy tech evaluations with Director oversight.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Performs maintenance on automated dispensing equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required
Active license with Indiana Bd. of Pharmacy
Active Credentials in: Tech in Training or Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern are all acceptable.
CPhT National Certification within 1 yr of hire (current incumbents may be grandfathered)
