Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a traveling Scheduler to join our team!

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Assist and grow regional field teams with use of Ryan's scheduling standard practices.
  • Periodically assist project teams during the project proposal stage by creating and/or reviewing schedules
  • Facilitate collaborative preconstruction planning sessions with Ryan project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders
  • Work cooperatively with Data Analytics team to track and monitor schedule health across operations
  • Display leadership qualities by setting a good example of behavior
  • Act as a resource to project construction teams
  • Work in collaboration with Developers, Designers, Pre-Construction, Project Managers and Field Managers
  • Travel for projects as needed throughout the year (up to 50%)

You will really stand out if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems, and are fluent with MS Project and are familiar with Primavera (P6) or 4D scheduling software
  • An understanding of field operations and building construction techniques
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and have excellent oral and communication skills in individual and group settings
  • A positive attitude
