Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited MSN program
• Current WI RN license
• Current WI APNP license
• Current WI DEA number
• Other certifications as required
• Minimum 2 years Primary Care Nurse Practitioner experience required
• Experience working with geriatric patient population is a plus
