This role completed business analysis and related process, system and modeling activities supporting the company's information systems; delivery and design of specific reports and scorecards for SHE team; analysis related to 3rd party systems compliance, subcontractor requirements, and internal reporting Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Support analysis of business and technical processes Contributing to business information system planning specific to reporting outcomes (e.g. Cority) Development of test case scenarios for new reports to validate results for accuracy. Development of business information reporting, scorecard and metrics Determinations for function, inputs, outputs, controls. Part of our reporting development will determine the best way for the user to interact with the report, as well as what information we need to create our desired output. Routine delivery and archive management for standard reports and scorecards Report writing and dashboard creation Development of reporting reference guides, tools, materials and version control What do you need? Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of report and database development Preferred experience in management systems (e.g., Cority, etc.) and 3rd party contractor compliance systems (e.g., Avetta, ISNetWorld, etc.) Experience and expertise in multi-system, function, and platforms Experience with documentation, process mapping, SOP, audit, risk management, and compliance Documentation of requirements definitions, reference, training, and process mapping Experience in reporting, scorecards and analysis Application of SQL, Visual Basic, Oracle, cloud technology, Google scripts, JD Edwards a plus Strong math, formulation and calculation skills Knowledge of technical reporting best practice and management Skills in data analysis, report writing, defining requirements and creation/maintenance of reports Skills in MS Office, Microsoft Access, macro development and use Skills in the Google workplace environment, macro development and use Must pass pre-employment background screen Must possess a valid driver's license Qualifications Why Choose Rentokil?
